“Divine Wound” is a visceral mixed media sculpture that explores pain, beauty, and resurrection. A deep crimson anatomical heart—veined with shadowy maroon and blood-red tones—erupts into vibrant flames of sculpted texture, hand-painted in molten reds, yellows, and blacks.

At the heart’s crown sits a bouquet of artificial roses, their lush softness a stark contrast to the coiled golden thorn vine wrapped tightly around the form—suggesting sacrifice, protection, and passion bound in tension.
